The town has enough funds to fund a university.
The funds are sent to the Dean
The Funds are used in building a university. After building a dorm, student union, gym, some rental units and a shopping centre plus a park and adding 5000 of tuition for the new arrivals, The Uni fund has 75, 319 simolens left. There are five new Young adults sims, Desiree Jones, Luis Tucker, Thelma Paulson, Ronald Miller and Mikey Gonzalez. The population is now 528 so service sims and a position in the slacker career are unlocked.
