The town funds finally have enough. Maxwell adds a downtown for them, costing 500,000 for roads and buildings.
He also adds a school to the town, now sims with a degree can become educaters
and a research facility so sims with a physics degree can become scientists
The town also gains some residents. This is Family 25- Jones consists of four adults- Ursula Jones, Uriel Frost, Uma Cross, and Ugo Starr. They are friends who bonded over their unique names at the care home where they grew up. They decided to find their own home together when they aged out.
and Family 26- Kiara Frost, the sister of Uriel who decided to follow and get her own home here too.
